Letter sent to Mr . Morlanes the days 23 to 11 - 09, unanswered
have been sent to Mr . Morlanes the letters can see and any response we've had a call from Mr . Javier Fontcuberta day Saturday 28/11/2009 and the other from Mr . Morlanes the 09/11/1930 days telling us that they have much work and we will answer as soon as possible.
As you can see one of them is dated 04/11/2009 which was the days we met with them in Barcelona and in anticipation that they would give us the documents that they had order for that meeting as well was reiterábamos them the documents and some more, more.
The Sr. Morlanes always promised us we would provide all the information that we asked , but we see that not only is fulfilling its promise, but it is hindering and delaying so UNWARRANTED the requests as SHAREHOLDERS BOUND is to give us.
Of all these requests have COPY the CNMV agency who have asked that they convey to the Silk requests that we have done and still have no answer.
With this type of action of Mr . President is clear CONTEMPT having to MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS.
