The management of the Company reports that the Catalan Institute of Finance has agreed to grant a loan to La Seda de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bSA worth 15 million euros. As been indicated, this credit facility is required to undertake the restructuring plan approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of last December 17, 2009.
Currently documents are being prepared under which the loan will be formalized. The signing of the loan will take place in the coming days and it will be given appropriate consideration.
